Aura, including the Ask Archie AI symptom checker, provides health information for educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for consultation with a licensed healthcare professional. In a medical emergency, dial your local emergency number immediately.
Information provided by AI tools is generated automatically and may be incomplete or wrong. Always consult a licensed physician before making any decision affecting your health.
You must be 16 or older to create an account. Doctors and pharmacies must be licensed to practice in the jurisdiction in which they operate and warrant to us that all credentials provided are valid.
Payments are processed by Razorpay under their terms. Refunds are at the discretion of the pharmacy or doctor for the relevant service. Disputed transactions can be raised within 7 days at support@auramedx.co.
Pharmacies onboarding to the Service warrant that all products listed are legally permitted for sale in the operating jurisdiction, comply with applicable prescription requirements, and are not counterfeit. We reserve the right to suspend or remove any listing.
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data on deletion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aura is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operating jurisdiction agreed in your signup contract; in absence of one, by the laws of India. Disputes resolved exclusively in the courts of Bangalore, India.
We may update these Terms; we'll notify you in-app at least 14 days before material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
